Who sells the subscriptions
Paid plans are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. The seller (merchant of record) is Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company (“Link”). Link charges your payment, issues receipts and invoices, calculates, collects and remits VAT, GST and sales tax, and handles refunds and payment disputes. Charges appear on your card statement as “LINK.COM*”. We provide the Service itself under our Terms of Service (section 4).

Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists; there is therefore no link to it here. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

We check external links when we add them, but we have no influence over what changes on other people’s sites and take no responsibility for their content. Files that customers generate and host with us are their content, not ours; we remove unlawful material once we are aware of it — see the reporting page.
