Right of withdrawal
Draft — not yet in force. This page must be checked against the checkout that Stripe actually presents, because the seller of record gives the binding instructions. Passages marked like this are still open.
This page is for consumers — people buying outside their trade, business or profession. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Who your contract is with
Paid plans are sold through Stripe Managed Payments, so Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company (“Link”), is your seller and the addressee of a withdrawal. If you send your withdrawal to us instead, we will forward it to Link without delay, and it counts as made on the day it reached us. Use of the Service itself is governed by our Terms of Service.
Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, send a clear statement — by email or post — that you are withdrawing. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending the statement before the deadline is enough.

What happens when you withdraw
All payments received will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of the withdrawal reaching the seller, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you.
If you asked for the service to start immediately and you withdraw before the period ends, you owe a proportionate amount for what was supplied up to that point, measured against the full scope of the contract. In practice: a month of a monthly plan used for five days means roughly a sixth of the monthly price.
When the right ends early
Two situations end the right before 14 days are over:
- Fully performed service. The right ends once the service has been supplied in full, provided you expressly asked for performance to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose the right on full performance.
- Digital content supplied immediately — for example a credit package that becomes usable at once. Here the right ends when supply begins, provided you expressly consented to that and acknowledged losing the right. We confirm both points to you by email.
Simply having an account, or a subscription you have not used yet, does not end the right.
